Vendor Information
​For those interested in being a vendor for one of our events, please fill out the form and we will contact you regarding your request.  We will only allow one vendor/consultant per company to attend.  If more than one vendor for an individual company, we will accept the first one to register. Vendors must bring their own 6 ft table.  One table per vendor due to limited space, unless otherwise approved.  Vendors are required to donate one door prize of at least a $25 value. You must register your company in order to secure a vendor space. 
PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM TO THE LEFT TO REGISTER FOR 2025.  All 2024 events are full for vendors. Please request to be added to our wait list.

FYI:  ALL VENDORS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 3 DAYS MINIMUM DURING THE EVENT.
