Terms and Conditions
When submitting your registration for any Scraptabulous Event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our retreat and cancellation policies. No exceptions will be made.
To register for an event, a non-refundable deposit must be made in order to save your space. All registrations are on a first come, first served basis. Your spot will not be secured until a complete deposit is received. A verbal, or email statement does not confirm your registry.
If registering for an event by using Zelle or sending a check, please contact us before sending your down-payment to confirm your registration. We will be unable to accept your registration if we are Sold Out before receiving your check, or Zelle transfer.
All registrations are non-transferable. The down payment for each crop cannot be transferred to another person, nor be carried over to another crop date.
Scraptabulous does not permit sharing of tables due to space for other croppers. There is no transferring of tables from one cropper to another.
Saturday croppers are to have full use of our crop room for Saturday only. If you decide to join us for additional days, if space is available, an additional crop fee must be paid before the beginning of the crop on Thursday. All Saturday croppers are to pay in full for each crop at time of registration. No downpayment is needed. Spots are limited. Some crops do not offer Saturday only due to long waiting lists.
You are responsible for obtaining your own Hotel room booking. A link, and/or reservation # will be given after you register for a crop. If you do not obtain a hotel room by the deadline posted under each individual event, you may not receive our discounted rate. Only a certain amount of rooms are available at the discounted rate. After rooms are sold out, additional rooms may be added at a comparable rate if possible. Scraptabulous is not responsible for guaranteeing your discount rate after the deadline or if rooms are sold out. It is up to each person to contact the Hotel to see if the discount is still warranted.
Some hotel venues do not offer a discounted rate, however we will do our best to choose a non peak season to receive a room at a lower cost.
All crops do not allow large end tables to be added to your space. Only fold out tables sizes 3ft or less will be allowed.
Some crops offer a no dinner option for a discounted rate only if both dinners are opted out. We do not offer a one dinner option. You will not be able to change your option past the 60day deadline prior to the crop.
Dinners and or Lunches are subject to change due to Hotel accommodations and/or supply issues.
Seating arrangements are not always guaranteed by request. We strive to arrange our guests close to friends, and medical needs to the best of our ability. And we appreciate everyone's understanding.
If anyone wishes to switch seats, you are more than welcome to ask your seat mates to change spaces. Just be mindful of those who wish to sit next to or across from their friends.
Scraptabulous Getaways, reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to uncontrollable or emergent circumstances, and is not responsible for any extra incurred costs to the attendee. If cancelled, full refunds for crop fees, minus the $25 non refundable deposit will be distributed.
Scraptabulous Getaways, is not responsible for any loss or damages due to any cause such as theft, water damage, leaks, power outages, power surges, unsecure internet connection, and convention center or hotel issues.
Cancellation Policy
Due to commitments to our venues, there is a nonrefundable $25 deposit/fee required to register for each event. No transfers allowed for any paid registrations.
An invoice will be sent to you in advance for any balance due. All balances must be paid in full 60 days prior to the crop or your seat will be released to the next person on our waiting list. Please note your space is not guaranteed until your balance is paid in full. If you contact us past the due date and wish to attend, and your spot is still available and has not been taken by someone on the waiting list, full payment will be needed in order to regain your space. However, dinners will not be included to anyone who has paid late due to having already given the Hotel Catering service a final head count and closing payment.
All cancellations made 60 days prior to the crop for those who paid in full, will receive a refund minus the $25 nonrefundable fee. All cancellations made on or after the 60-day deadline will not receive a refund of any monies paid. This helps us create a more organized event to make it Scraptabulous for everyone. When you register, you agree to these terms.

Financial Data, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, or request information about our services. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, Paypal, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions. Facebook Permissions may by default access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as friends, checkins, and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. For more information regarding Facebook permissions, refer to the Facebook Permissions Reference page. Third-Party Data Information from third parties, such as personal information or network friends, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the Site permission to access this information. Data From Contests, Giveaways, and Surveys Personal and other information you may provide when entering contests or giveaways and/or responding to surveys. Photos used for advertising purposes, posts on Facebook, or Instagram.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. It is up to each person to contact the Hotel to see if the discount is still warranted.
Some hotel venues do not offer a discounted rate, however we will do our best to choose a non peak season to receive a room at a lower cost.
All crops do not allow large end tables to be added to your space. Only fold out tables sizes 3ft or less will be allowed.
